To use the logo with the claim 'Product of Australia', products need to meet the following criteria:

• All of the significant ingredients or components need to come from Australia
• All, or virtually all of the processes involved in the production or manufacture need to have occurred in Australia
• Goods must be registered with Australian Made Campaign Limited
